Gary joined Foresight in 2004 and is Chief Executive Officer. He has over 30 years' experience leading and developing businesses and is responsible for the Group's strategic direction, operational performance and long-term growth.

Gary works closely with the boards of the Foresight-managed companies, both listed and unlisted, providing strategic oversight and supporting their long-term development. He has played a leading role in significant corporate transactions, including business acquisitions, capital raising and corporate reorganisations, as well as the continued growth and development of the Group.

Prior to joining Foresight, Gary worked at F&C Asset Management and previously at Ernst & Young.

Gary's leadership, commercial judgement and strategic oversight are central to the delivery of the Group's objectives. Through his work with the boards of the companies managed by Foresight, he helps support effective governance, sustainable growth and the long-term development of the Group's operating businesses.

Simon joined Averon Park Limited in September 2023 as a Non-Executive Director and in July 2025 he was appointed as Chairman of the Board.

Simon spent 28 years at Robert Fleming Holdings and subsequently at Fleming Family and Partners where he latterly focused on Private Equity. Prior to this he joined Glenwood Management, a Californian based venture capital fund, and subsequently joined Robert Fleming on the fund management side. He then joined Fleming Family and Partners Asset Management Limited where he was responsible for $500 million of private equity investments, including both fund investments and directly held co-investments. Simon was a Director of Foresight Enterprise VCT plc and also Chairs the Investment Committee of a U.S family office.

He is currently a Director of Clover Alloys SA (pty) Ltd, and Cairn Resources which are both operating businesses based in Africa. At Clover Alloys SA (pty) Simon Chairs the Health & Safety and Environment committee.

Ian joined Averon Park in January 2025 as a Non-Executive Director.

He brings extensive board-level experience in governance, strategic oversight and organisational development, together with a strong track record of supporting boards, shareholders and lenders through growth, transformation and complex stakeholder environments.

Ian has more than 40 years' experience across infrastructure, construction, healthcare, environmental services, business services, technology and telecommunications. He has held over 30 Chair and Non-Executive Director appointments and has worked with more than 70 organisations in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes oversight of asset-intensive and regulated businesses, business transformation, acquisitions and disposals, financing activities and long-term strategic development.

Ian has chaired Audit & Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees and is recognised for his independent judgement, commercial insight and commitment to strong governance and stewardship.

Peter has more than 45 years' experience as a chairman, non-executive director and corporate finance adviser to growth businesses. He was a founder director of Abingworth plc, which specialised in providing growth capital to entrepreneurial businesses in the UK and the United States, and has advised and supported numerous companies through periods of expansion, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic development and public market growth.

Peter has chaired and served on the boards of a wide range of listed and private companies across technology, financial services, leisure and life sciences. His appointments have included Chairman of Sportingbet plc during a period of significant international expansion, public market development and corporate activity, and Chairman of Interactive Investor International plc, where he helped guide the strategic development of one of the UK's leading online investment platforms. Throughout his career he has worked closely with executive management teams on business growth, corporate governance, capital allocation, strategic transactions and long-term value creation.

His experience spans founder-led businesses, AIM and Main Market listed companies, where he has provided strategic oversight through periods of organic growth, acquisitions, refinancing and corporate transformation. He brings extensive experience of board leadership, governance, equity capital markets and the stewardship of growing operating businesses.

Peter is currently a non-executive director of Miton UK MicroCap Trust plc and SVM UK Emerging Fund plc.
